Ivy River Watershed Source Water Protection Plan

In 2013 Mountain Valleys completed a Source Water Protection Plan for the Ivy River Watershed. This plan discusses the background and history of using the Ivy River as a water supply source, and the efforts to reduce impact on water quality. It further identifies and locates potential contaminant sources and delineates a wide assortment of strategies to protect and improve water quality. Ivy River Partners will use this as a guiding document. Click here to view the report.
